We provide web hosting, cloud VPS hosting, domain registration, and related IT services as described on our website. Service specifications are as stated at the time of order. We reserve the right to update service specifications with reasonable notice.
Ordering and payment
Services are provided on a subscription basis. Payment is due in advance for the billing period selected. We accept payment by the methods stated at checkout. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Acceptable use
You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our services to send unsolicited communications, host illegal content, conduct activities that harm our infrastructure or other customers, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your service at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support to request a refund.
Service availability
We aim to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the amount you have paid for that service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
